Product-Related Questions

Our watches come with varying degrees of water resistance. You can find specific water resistance ratings in the “Specifications” section of each product page. Generally, 30-meter water resistance is suitable for daily activities like handwashing and rain; 50-meter water resistance is suitable for shallow swimming. Please avoid wearing watches in hot water environments to prevent damage to the water seals.

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all watches, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. For detailed information, please refer to our Warranty Policy page.

Currently, we offer a variety of straps to choose from but do not support watch customization services. You can select different strap options on the product page or purchase replacement straps in the accessories section.
