    You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for returns:
    • Customized or engraved watches.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Conditions for Returns:
    • Items must be returned with a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
    • Watches must not show signs of wear or damage.

2. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your watch for the same model, contact us at support@125mall.com.
